The film was shot entirely on location at CERN near Geneva, Switzerland. CERN is the European Organization for Nuclear Research and is renowned for being the world’s largest particle physics laboratory, employing approximately 4,000 scientists at the time of filming.1 The film is set at CERN’S Large Hadron Collider (LHC) which is the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator.2
According to DecayFilm.com, the entire film project was completed with a regular cast and crew of only 20 people on a budget less than $3,000. The crew made their own camera shoulder props, created their own fake blood using syrup and scavenged many props from trash dumpsters.
