There’s always one guy or girl in the group that is annoying, sick, weak, or just plain expendable. This funny zombie vine video features a group of guys getting ready to take on hordes of zombies. The poor guy on the end doesn’t get a rifle or a shotgun. He’s left with a puny little pistol. He must be really annoying.
Giving the least valuable member of the team the worst weapon is definitely one way to thin the herd and conserve resources. During a zombie apocalypse you might be called upon to get rid of someone that threatens the good of the group. We can think of many theoretical ways that can be done. (Shane and Otis’s supply run on The Walking Dead comes to mind.)
